Assembly is the back end of a production run. We press-fit bearings, install threaded inserts and dowel pins, kit hardware, and ship complete sub-assemblies ready to drop into a customer's larger build. Most of this work runs alongside our own machining; we can also assemble from a mix of our parts and customer-supplied components.

It's a quiet service. It doesn't generate web traffic. But it's the difference between a procurement team unboxing 200 brackets-and-loose-screws and unboxing 200 ready-to-install sub-assemblies. That gap is real money for OEMs.

Light mechanical assembly only. We don't wire harness, board-load, or do any electromechanical assembly that requires regulatory testing.

Common Questions

Questions buyers and engineers actually ask.

No. We stop at mechanical assembly. Customers with electromechanical sub-assemblies usually contract that separately and have us hand off the mechanical portion to them complete.
Yes. Customer-supplied fasteners, inserts, springs, and similar are stored in the active program bin and pulled into kits as needed. We'll set a min/max with you to trigger reorders.
Yes. Custom labels, kraft tags, individual bagging, and customer-supplied packaging are standard. Spec it during quoting and we cost it in.
