STEP and IGES for 3D models, DWG and DXF for 2D drawings, and PDF for sketches or annotated prints. We can also work from a clear photo of a sample part if no drawings exist. DOC / DOCX, XLS / CSV, JPG, PNG, and GIF attachments are all accepted on the form below.
Most quotes go out within one business day. Complex projects (high quantities, exotic materials, unusual geometry, or specialized finishing) may take 2–3 days. If we need more time on a specific job, we'll let you know when we receive your RFQ rather than leaving you to wonder.
Net 30 for established accounts. New customers typically start on 50% deposit / 50% on shipment, and move to Net 30 after a couple of clean orders. Credit card accepted on smaller jobs.
Yes, scheduling permitting. Rush pricing applies above standard quote pricing and depends on what's on the floor that week. Call us first if a job is genuinely time-sensitive. We'll be honest about whether we can hit your date.
